John Munn ’84 is well known in the Charles Wright community as an alum, entrepreneur and member of Challengers of the Improv-ssible, an improvisational theater group led by drama teacher John Forier.  He has directed more than 35 productions and acted in more than 100 plays, including playing a improv role in CWA’s 50th birthday celebration last fall.

Comic Book Inc is celebrating its sixth year of business this fall and this is their first nomination for the Best of Western Washington award.  Munn reports that they have been lucky enough to have such creators as Adam Kubert, multiple Eisner Award Winner Brian Michael Bendis, Clayton Crain, Robert Kirkman, Ed Brubaker, Eric Powell, Michael Lark, Stephano Gaudiano, Brian Reed, Phil and Kaja Foglio, Moritat, Brandom Graham Joshua Ortega, James Stokoe, Eric S.
