Tarriers compete to be KIRO 7′s school with the most spirit
Correction: The KIRO contest starts this evening (Monday, April 20), but CWA’s first “match” won’t actually begin until NEXT Monday, April 27, at 5pm.
Calling All Tarriers! KIRO TV is wrapping up the school year with one more big contest. CWA is one of 32 schools in an NCAA-basketball-tournament-style battle to be named the high school with the most school spirit. The online voting starts Monday, April 20, at 5pm!
In the first round, the Tarriers are matched up against Bishop Blanchet High School in Seattle. The staff at KIRO have confirmed that it’s perfectly ok to vote multiple times from the same computer, so get ready to start clicking!
Vote at www.kirotv.com/schoolspirit between 5pm on Monday, April 20 and 5pm on Wednesday, April 22.
If CWA wins this battle, the Tarriers will face the winner of the Marysville-Pilchuck/Woodinville contest and voting for that round will be Wednesday through Friday. The winner of the whole tournament will be rewarded with bragging rights and a professionally produced spirit video!
Spread the word! CWA has won three KIRO voting contests this year… let’s make it four!
