The senior class gift from CWA’s class of 2009 arrived on campus this week.  Five beautiful new benches have been installed along the outside wall of the Upper School.  The benches are under the overhang, so they’ll be a perfect place for students to gather on rainy days.  Behind them glass windows face onto the commons.  The names of all 81 members of the class are engraved on plaques installed along the edges of four of the benches.  The bench in the center has a plaque dedicating the gift in honor of Sam Brown, the school’s founder, who passed away earlier this year.  Frank Roberts ’09 organized the project to earn his Eagle Scout award.
