Charles Wright’s musicians are hard at work preparing for their Winter Concerts.  All these events are free and open to the public.  Guests are particularly encouraged to attend the Upper and Middle School concerts which can comfortably seat many guests in the new Language and Performing Arts Center.

This year’s Upper School concert is entitled Midwinter Melodies.  The Jazz Band, String Orchestra, Symphonic Band, Chamber Singers and Academy Singers will perform on Thursday, December 10, at 7:30pm in the Donn Laughlin Theater.

The Lower School concert, one of Charles Wright’s largest events of the year, will be held in the Wight Gym on Sunday, December 13, at 2pm.  The final number will be Sleigh Ride, featuring an ensemble of faculty percussionists.

The Middle School concert will be held in the Donn Laughlin Theater on Thursday, December 17, at 7:30pm.  This will be the first Middle School concert in the new Language and Performing Arts Center.
